Returns
Because our smoothies are frozen and perishable, we do not accept returns of opened or thawed product. If your order arrives damaged, melted or incomplete, please write to us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will replace the affected items or refund your order in full. Contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form with your order number and a photo.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account — no return needed.
